As a consultant my roles and responsibilities include developing and assisting in the facilitation of leadership and team development programs, as well as targeted interventions relating to change and change management, psychosocial safety, and organisational development.

As a placement student, I assisted in the development and implementation in an organisation-wide change management framework. Specifically, I focused on developing a guideline for roles and responsibilities to guide employees through their responsibilities during a change, and the development of Change Capability Plan.

During my placement at Revelian, I was involved in the maintenance and continual improvement of psychometric assessments. I gained an in depth knowledge of psychometric assessments related to both recruitment and development and developed client recommendations based on assessment results.

At Lixivium, I honed my skills in psychometric assessment report writing and assisted in interpreting data and writing subsequent reports in regards to employee engagement, job satisfaction, and 360 degree feedback surveys.
