I've been on the Judge Creative Learning Solutions team since 2019, first as a contractor, now as an FTE. We design and build custom learning solutions for US national and Global brands. I design elearning, live training and vILT, along with designing microlearning solutions.

Public Building Commission Of Chicago

Facilitated communication among members of the Construction Team while providing administrative support for three very busy people.

Assisted Director of Artist Relations for the largest educational jazz festival in the world. (Contract position)Built drive schedules involving 80 artists, three airports, two hotels and multiple performance venues.Created personal schedules for artists and educators including locations and drive information for sound checks, rehearsals, performances, clinics and other contracted appearances.Worked with travel agent, limo service and festival drive team to address weather and other travel-related issues as they arose during the festival. Acted as artist liaison for world class visiting performers and VIPs.Created and taught workshop "Listening with Other Ears" for students, faculty and other festival attendee.

Taught several sections of year-long freshman Core Discovery courses Sex & Culture and Art, Artists & Madness, designed to help students develop critical thinking and oral and written communication skills and creativity. Developed and taught Voice for the Stage course for BFA and MFA candidates.Co-developed and co-taught cross-listed Theatre and Psychology workshop Archetypal Theatre, Imagination and the Collective Unconscious. Taught Introduction to Public Speaking, a hybrid on-line/classroom course. Conducted in-service training workshops for incoming Graduate Teaching Assistants in Public Speaking. Temporarily replaced head of Public Speaking program when she went on family leave.

Coordinated guest lecturers for 2006 IJC Lecture Series, including booking travel and locating lecture space.Created personalized maps and schedules for lecturers and VIPs. Organized two parties: an open house for 60 people and a gallery opening for over 280, with a budget of $4500, including catering, equipment and entertainment. Created "bible" for future IJC Lecture Series planning and coordination. Assisted with event planning for Open World Russian Residency program.

Instructor for two sections each semester of Comm 101, Introduction to Public Speaking. Lectured on and demonstrated concepts and principles of extemporaneous, impromptu and manuscript speaking, including differences between informative and persuasive speeches. Created supportive atmosphere in which students could deal with fears and risks. Observed and graded student speeches and written work. Also assisted in Intermediate Acting class spring semester 2005.

Assistant to CEO of privately held, 50-person, interactive marketing firm.Managed CEO schedule for both in-town and travel, including five-day, six-city trips, and adjusted for changes as they occurred.Booked all executive travel and tracked CEO travel expenses.Planned and coordinated quarterly Board of Directors and company meetings, client visits and corporate parties.Wrote company travel policy with input from Controller and Director of Communications.

Temporary assignment to Nike, Inc. as administrative and production assistant to Production Coordinator in Photo Production/Image Design. Reorganized and maintained photographer and illustrator talent source files. Ordered, purchased and organized apparel for advertising/retail campaign. Acted as production assistant for local still photo shoots.Researched studios and hotels via telephone and internet for out of town still photo shoots.

Originally a temporary assignment as receptionist which led to creation of a new position in a 50-person consulting firm in mechanical, electrical and telecommunications engineering. Logged construction documentation and created tracking system to help engineers meet company responsiveness goals of one to three-day turnarounds. Typed memos, commissioning forms and project punchlists. Maintained and updated RFI/RFC/DCVR filing system. Provided backup for receptionist on 12-line Meridian phone system with heavy incoming calls. Recorded voice for telephone night message service.

Temporary assignment to Thrifty PayLess, Inc. Retirement Unit. Answered employee telephone calls regarding 401(k) and profit sharing plans. Processed hardship/safe harbor withdrawal applications and profit sharing distribution paperwork with Trustee. Worked with employees and attorneys in processing QDRO's.Maintained various retirement files. Helped close office in preparation for move of information, files and operations to Rite Aid Corporation.

Generated daily program logs providing on-air programming information for every second of broadcast day for five-station television system in two time zonesScheduled on-air promotion, psa's and underwriters, which varied depending on station and time zone. Prepared program schedules for television listing services. Wrote promotional voice-overs for local nightly broadcast. Maintained and updated programming files. Troubleshot traffic-related problems for system, including during first days of first Gulf War when news coverage, related programming and special announcements and updates changed the entire schedule multiple times a day.Supervised traffic clerk. Helped design and develop new traffic logging program created specifically for Idaho Public Television.
