I am passionate about positive people leadership and creating workplace cultures where people can truly flourish. I am an experienced Organisation Psychologist and Organisation Development professional with post-grad qualifications in Organisational and Occupational Psychology (MSc) and leadership. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Certified Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychology (CPBP) and Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts. I know from experience that we can achieve positive outcomes and great business performance through positive workplace cultures, and I enjoy partnering with leaders who are keen to effect change and have a real impact on the way people experience the world of work. My experience in operational leadership and transformational change is a helpful blend, though I embrace the ever-changing face of work, knowing there is never one, single answer!I enjoy exploring an organisation’s vision and supporting its path to achieving it. I offer bespoke leadership development and executive coaching to enable and grow team capacity and capability. My approach is evidence-based and I have completed research into the links between self-determination theory, employee engagement, and high performance. A previous winner of an Academic Excellence Award from the Association of Business Psychologists, I am currently undertaking a PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing.I also founded LifeBuddy. LifeBuddy offers free web-based resources to help people live their best lives. Regular posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram provide useful information and short videos to help improve wellbeing. LifeBuddy and TeenBuddy are also development programmes partnering with schools to help grow resilience, confidence and enable flourishing with young people, families and Educators.
