I am passionate about positive people leadership and creating workplace cultures where people can truly flourish. I am an experienced Organisation Psychologist and Organisation Development professional with post-grad qualifications in Organisational and Occupational Psychology (MSc) and leadership. I am a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Certified Principal Practitioner of the Association of Business Psychology (CPBP) and Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts. I know from experience that we can achieve positive outcomes and great business performance through positive workplace cultures, and I enjoy partnering with leaders who are keen to effect change and have a real impact on the way people experience the world of work. My experience in operational leadership and transformational change is a helpful blend, though I embrace the ever-changing face of work, knowing there is never one, single answer!I enjoy exploring an organisation’s vision and supporting its path to achieving it. I offer bespoke leadership development and executive coaching to enable and grow team capacity and capability. My approach is evidence-based and I have completed research into the links between self-determination theory, employee engagement, and high performance. A previous winner of an Academic Excellence Award from the Association of Business Psychologists, I am currently undertaking a PhD in Organisational Health and Wellbeing.I also founded LifeBuddy.
