As Business Analyst it was my responsibilty to ensure clients met the financial and ethical requirements to secure a small business or agriculture loan. It required strong time management, organisation, communication, and attention to detail. Within the first month of being employed at the Commonwealth Bank I received the worker of the week award for exceeding expectations set for my new employment status.

Net-A-Porter Group is a leading online fashion retailer, with three head offices located in London, New York, and Hong Kong, specialising in the sales of high end fashion, globally. My role as Trade and Transport Assistant saw me look after import and export needs and requirements for our international stockists and clientele. This included looking into individual country shipping restrictions and legislation which means a close attention to fabric content and cost of tax on goods distributed. It required strong time management and excellent attention to detail. I started as a temporary worker at Net-a-Porter, but after just three months I received an endorsement by my manager requesting my position be changed from temporary to full time employment.

Holistic Home Loans is a Mortgage Broking service, specialising in researching and presenting home loan products to a high net worth clientele. My role as Loan Administrations Manager at the firm was present their loan application to the lender. This included liasing with the lenders about any upcoming products or changes to existing products, rate changes and negotiations, and monitoring the application from lodgment until settlement. After three months of employment at Holistic Home Loans the Managing Director approached me and offered an opportunity to begin my studies in Mortgage Broking Managment.
