Project manager supporting innovative young entrepreneurs from the University of Applied Sciences Muenster in realizing their business ideas. I organized various events, workshops (e.g. Business Model Canvas, Lean Start-Up) and presentations on entrepreneurial topics aimed at increasing entrepreneurial skills and mindsets among students. Further responsibilities included project administration (finances, reporting), development and implementation of a communication strategy, identification of mentors and networking.

Project manager supporting regional companies in establishing contact to young technical and scientific talent and encouraging students to take up STEM professions. Responsibilities included acquiring new companies, schools and municipalities for the zdi network, developing the company-related zdi range of services, accompanying the conceptual and operative networking with the regional economic structure, coordinating communication activities for the public relations work of the zdi network as well as representing the network and organizing zdi events. As a coordinator for the project "Gründergeist@Münsterland" I organized and implemented events relevant to start-ups.

As an external staff member of the Ministry for Economics in Düsseldorf, I organized informative events regarding funding opportunities within the EU’s European Territorial Cooperation Programs (ETC). In order to increase the number of project applications submitted, I presented the programs to interested stakeholders and promoted them in the state of North-Rhine Westphalia.

As the project manager of “DEMARRAGE – the Rhine Cycle Route from its source in Switzerland to its mouth in the North Sea" I ensured the overall implementation of the planned activities. The project included 18 organizations from five different EU countries. I organized regular working group meetings and oversaw the communication between the partners and the managing authority. I also implemented the transnational marketing and public relations strategy, organized public events, published newsletters as well as press releases and presented the project regionally and internationally. Finally, I managed and administrated the project finances in the amount of 2.3 million €. Objective of the project was to further the transnational development of the Rhine Cycle Route.

As the project coordinator I was responsible for the administration and implementation of the EU exchange program , “EYE – Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs”. My duties included selecting and assisting young entrepreneurs who applied for the program. I also informed and supported experienced entrepreneurs in Germany who were interested in hosting young entrepreneurs from abroad. In order to attract more participants, I created and implemented a public relations strategy in order to inform students and young entrepreneurs about the project's opportunities. Furthermore, I managed the project's finances. EYE Münster was embedded in an international consortium composed of Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch partners which I cooperated with on a regular basis. Aim of the project was to facilitate the exchange between young and experienced entrepreneurs around Europe.
