As the Area Manager for the Central Valley, I have the honor of leading a team of nearly 60 financial advisors and work every day to make a positive difference in their lives. I do this by meeting them where they are, listening to understand what they care about, and helping them build and execute a plan to achieve their goals. One of my strengths is helping advisors think bigger and push beyond their comfort zones to get results they didn’t think were possible. I’m able to do this for my team because they know I have their best interest in mind and they value the honesty, authenticity and transparency they get from me.
