Worked on this novel scheme for the last 21months and supported 4 very different assignments (ranging from 3-12months) across beverages and ice-cream platforms. Past Unilever roles includei) R&D Manager Impulse range - leading a team of 7 product developers supporting innovation, renovation & value improvement activities for Unilever's European ice cream brands. ii) key R&D contact focusing on product development & project management activities for key retail brands within the Global Retail Operations for Unilever (Magnum Pleasure Stores and Happiness stores). During my previous role at PepsiCo I managed a variety of quality improvement work-streams on the Lays & Walkers Crisps brands and scoping and developing new kids vegetable snack ideas (PepsiCo)
