The programmes are a means of changing attitudes, shifting perceptions, raising awareness and developing understanding.As the Account Manager I am responsible for cultivating and maintaining the relationships of our Industry News partners, as well as developing strategies to meet their communication objectives and distribute to targeted audiences.As part of this client facing role, I am also responsible for communicating these programmes through a targeted digital strategy and the planning of launch events.

The Airport Operators Association (AOA) are a trade association representing the interests of UK airports and the principal body engaging with the UK government and regulatory authorities on airport matters. The AOA represents over 200 members including airports and companies representing a wide range of suppliers in the aviation industry.As Events and Member Relations Manager, I was responsible for the relationship management of all members and partner organisations. This included developing a long-term membership strategy and evaluating member benefits to meet member demands.I was also responsible for the busy AOA events calendar which involved the planning and delivery of the Annual Dinner (over 2000 guests), Conference, Awards Dinner, Exhibition, Regional Events and Airports Safety Week.

My event responsibilities included preparing budgets, sourcing/negotiating venues, increasing revenue from sponsorship and exhibitions, event marketing and post-event reporting.As part of the marketing team, I was also responsible for various cross-channel marketing campaigns including social media, content writing, blogs, email campaigns and SEO.

Royal Caribbean International is one of the largest cruise line companies in the world, with a fleet of over 25 ships travelling to over 200 countries.Based onboard ships all around the world I was responsible for providing consistent personalised service to the most frequent guests, VIPs and travel trade partners with the ultimate goal of achieving total guest satisfaction. This involved maintaining relationships, coordinating future cruises, dealing with escalated issues and organising onboard events.
