Elected twice to serve as an Inclusion Committee Representative on the Colorado College Student Government Association for the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 academic years. I attended weekly Inclusion Committee meetings as well as weekly CCSGA Full Council meeting. I worked on projects promoting equity and inclusion within the college community. The project I am most proud to have contributed to was increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion within Greek Life on campus.

I worked as a Resident Advisor for the 2018 and 2019 Summer terms working on a team of three to support the wellbeing of a community of about 100 students. I also worked as a Resident Advisor for the 2018-2019 academic term on a team of 20 to foster community and ensure the safety of an underclassman hall. The tasks of the job included spending certain nights "on duty" to respond to potential incidents and complaints, working at the front desk of the hall, attending training sessions, resolving roommate conflicts, creating monthly educational bulletin boards that were displayed in the hall, and hosting hall events.
