Responsible for how over 3,000 employees effectively use a new purpose built office. This gave the opportunity to develop a new way of working which when successfully implemented would change the way that employees work within their environment. •Developing a workplace solution including ethos, layout and furniture solution to maximise interaction and work space•Developing and managing a change programme and communication plan•Managing internal stakeholder requirements and expectations•Working alongside colleagues in the build team to ensure both programme and risks are managed •Managing workplace designer consultants•Establishing close working relationship with representatives from each function involved in the move
