Led regional sourcing activities for marketing materials in EMEA, focusing on promotional print and in-store materials with local, regional, and global suppliers. Served as the Procurement Lead for Europe in a global outsourcing project, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.

Led the Strategic Compliance Project - Procure 2 Pay from October 2014 to February 2016, overseeing the global structure and rollout of the Operational Procurement Process for approximately 5,000-6,000 employees. Successfully managed the pilot project in Billund, establishing best practices for a global rollout. Directed the implementation of the process in Denmark, the UK, and Germany, and developed a comprehensive communication strategy for all business levels. Hired and trained operational procurement employees in Denmark. Developed a process training program, training 300 employees in one year, including 200 in the ordering process. Enhanced the internal buying portal, managed stakeholder relationships, and improved governance and compliance by defining reports and implementing corrective actions for process noncompliance. Conducted risk management, resulting in a significant increase in purchase order compliance - up to 60% in some areas.From October 2013 to October 2014, led the Strategic Governance Project - Vendor Intake and Approval Process. Defined and globally implemented the vendor intake and approval process for all procurement categories. Developed and implemented reporting and processes for noncompliance and collaborated with Finance to ensure a digital solution for vendor approval in SAP. Enhanced governance and compliance, improving master data for new vendors and reducing yearly vendor creation by 10%. Conducted global process training for 20 category managers and managed supplier base risk.
