- Clean the exam rooms between patients and anticipate the needs of the provider based on patient chief complaints and have supplies ready.- Take vitals including blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation; and recording height and weight- Conduct visual acuity testing, EKG, urine dipstick, rapid strep, throat culture and wound culture.- Perform phlebotomy and process lab specimens such as swabs, blood tests and cultures - Administer oral (PO), intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SQ), and intradermal (ID) medication and vaccines under the direct supervision of the medical provider.- Assist the front desk staff by answering telephones, greeting patients, scheduling referral appointments, filing paperwork and updating medical records.

Administration: - Review patient charts, including allergies, problems, medication and immunization statuses - Administer intramuscular COVID-19 vaccines for 6 months and upTraining and Record Keeping: - Ensures all staff are trained on routine and emergency vaccine management procedures - Maintaining all documentation, such as inventory and temperature logsMonitoring Vaccines: - Order new vaccines and report wasted dosages to CDC and CADPH - Record refrigerator and freezer temperatures on a temperature log twice a day

- Establishing clear direction of accountability for day-to-day operations- Training and coaching staff members on the EHR along with procedures and protocols.- Track record of developing and coaching staff to achieve success within clinical teams- Maintain strong-ties with Leadership to ensure clinical teams are delivering high-quality clinical outcomes including: - Manage administrative and clinical supplies - Proactively communicates all pertinent information to Practice Manager - Audit EHR charts to oversee proper charting and imaging are being performed - Maintain an environment that complies with all state and federal regulations including HIPAA - Manage and troubleshoot office services (internet, IT equipment, electronic devices, printers, phones and other equipment)

- Work collaboratively with Practice Manager to develop HR and payroll policies and procedures, including proactive recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, timecards, payroll, and performance management for the clinic- Work collaboratively on projects with clinical leadership to enhance the patient experience- Checking in and out patients: making sure insurance is accepted and active, scheduling follow up appointments, sending prescriptions to pharmacies, following up with specialist referrals.- Handling office and administrative task within a timely manner
