Set the payment term and send the PO and follow up the process and report the schedule with video and photos every week.5. arrange the shipment and travel to factory to do the final inspection before loading, and report to headquarter about the inspection results with suggestions, including test videos and picture and words description.6. Keep factory informed of any improvements after shipment, and prepare the material purchasing for the next order.7.
