Job Description:1. Handle the customers' enquiries, orders and quotations and provide support to the customers to use the web platform; 2. Maintain close relationship with customers and handle daily key account management tasks; 3. Follow up on past due invoices in an objective to recover payments as soon as possible while maintaining good relationship with clients; 4. Follow up laboratory test orders; 5. Assist the Key Account manager to develop new business opportunities and achieve the respective project management objectives; 6. Provide commercial and administrative support to the Key Account Manager.

Job Description:1) Provide administrative support to the daily coordination of the company’s operations in China.2) Coordinate and supervise inspectors schedule according to the inspection requests from clients and supplier production schedules. 3) Daily communicate with inspectors and suppliers to optimize inspections schedules. 4) Optimize Inspectors transportation costs. 5) Daily confirmation of inspector schedules and expenses. 6) Invoice and AR follow up.

Job Description:1）Support Business Development team in the renewal and extension of existing accounts by demonstrating value of cooperation with International SOS.2）Follow up clients’ enquires/service requests in an efficient manner 3）Monitor Account Receivables and assist with collection of Account Receivables which are either problematic or over 30 days4）Ensure system updates timely and 100% compliance with company audit standard.5) sales administration task: clients’ documents filing, weekly/monthly sales report, client activity coordinate etc.

Job Description:1) Monitor client deposit payment or L/C issue to place order to factory; 2) Check with client to confirm all production details and package artworks; 3) Co-work with factory production team and QC team closely to make sure on time inspection and delivery; 4) Keep good communication with carrier/forwarder for shipment arrangement; 5) Present accurate shipping documents to bank on time for negotiation; 6) Collect export tax refund documents timely for every order to acheive good financial performance; 7) Keep fast and efficient on customer issues,compaliants and rquests in order to win maximum satisfaction.
