Responsible globally for the strategy, governance and training on the Salesforce.com platform within my business unit, supported by a network of skilled Super Users. The role includes managing development requests; setting strategy as requested by both users and the business' objectives; developing training material and delivering training; enhancing the data quality and availability; developing links to other company systems to reduce duplication; planning work for the development team; and working with other units within Siemens Energy to guide, discover and align on best practises.

The role involves the identification of growth opportunities through maintenance and analysis of various datasets. Responsible for driving the use of Sales & Marketing software and tools; and acting as the consultant and trainer. Providing analysis and reports on market opportunities and sales performance to Management. Giving support and training on the company CRM tool (Salesforce.com) to multiple end users within Europe; and being actively involved in decision making, future strategy, and Best Practise adoption. Also, capturing IT related requirements within the business, to aid in the implementation of a harmonised core suite of tools / systems that support both our local and global strategies.
