Reporting to management, responsibilities include:- Providing point of contact for care-establishments and staff incl. investigating/managing/resolving queries- Ensuring/managing staff shifts and resourcing across multiple care-establishments- Allocating/placing staff with the relevant qualifications/training for each location- Ensuring staff maintain/hold mandatory training/qualifications incl. booking/scheduling training courses- Supporting relevant regulations and Health and Safety standards- Processing time sheets, liaising with Payroll to ensure timely and correct salary payments- Managing/processing the invoicing of care-establishments using De Poel
