I was enrolled as a solicitor in Scotland in September 1997 and was assumed as a Partner of Kippen Campbell LLP in May 2009. Since the start of my legal career, my caseload has been exclusively litigation and Employment Law. I represent clients in the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session and have a depth of experience and solid grounding in all aspects of Civil Litigation including Commercial Disputes, Debt Recovery, Personal and Corporate Insolvency, Family Law, Licensing and Employment Law. I frequently appear in Employment Tribunals throughout the length of Scotland and also from time to time in England representing both employers and employees. As well as Employment Tribunals I also have experience of representing clients in Sheriff Courts and the Employment Appeal Tribunal in Edinburgh. I regularly advise businesses on redundancies, reorganisations, TUPE, Settlement Agreements, drafting and revising Contracts of Employment/Service Agreements and employment strategies. I am the Managing Director of KC Property Rentals Ltd, an ARLA registered property rentals company with a place of business at 62 South Street, Perth.and a separate specialist employment law consultancy company, Employment Law Perth Ltd. I am a member of UEL (United Employment Lawyers)I am a Notary Public and a member of the Family Law Association of Scotland.
