The aim of Purdue University's Transformative Education 2.0 initiative is to establish the most innovative residential learning program among large research universities in the US. Goals of the initiative include investing in high touch experiential learning, improving student success through creative use of technology and online learning, developing flexible and integrative degree and credential options, and establishing a data-driven ecosystem to improve student retention, progression, graduation, and satisfaction. Working with the Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives, my responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining the training, evaluation, and communication strategies for Purdue University's Transformative Education 2.0 initiative. Accomplishments include:* Developed a comprehensive training and evaluation model drawing on literature and evidence-based practices in the fields of change management, instructional design, training evaluation, and project management.* Created and led training and evaluation planning and implementation for strategic initiatives aligned with executive leadership expectations and project parameters.* Developed training evaluation instruments; collected, analyzed, and interpreted data; and authored reports for project teams and executive leadership to explain implications and implement recommended changes.* Fostered new organizational initiative for human resources training aimed at adopting the Kirkpatrick model of training evaluation.* Developed and implemented flipped training model for undergraduate advising staff to facilitate effective adoption of new degree planning and auditing system.* Recruited and managed student interns to develop training assets for projects.

As a member of Purdue’s Krannert Executive Education Programs management team, I helped shape the department’s strategic direction for degree, certificate, and custom programs. I engaged with both domestic and global companies and organizations to direct the development, design, and delivery of custom management education programs for companies in a broad range of industries - negotiating contracts, facilitating instructional design, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. I’m skilled at leading collaborative processes involving company leadership and subject matter experts to help assess needs and meet client objectives. In collaboration with program managers, I helped increased non-degree revenue by 68% in FY18, developing and directing programs that contributed 64% of total non-degree revenue.

I led the strategic planning and management of all aspects of the non-profit stations’ fundraising efforts, including annual direct mail giving, on-air fundraising, corporate support, marketing, community events, and major giving. Through the implementation of new initiatives, including restructuring on-air fundraising campaigns and managing the adoption of a new CRM system, I created more efficient processes and exceeded fundraising goals. During my final year, I planned and implemented the 90th Anniversary campaign, during which I solicited and closed on the largest single realized gift in the station's fundraising history.

As a former parent and Vice President of the board at the non-profit, parent-run school, I was hired to institutionalize the fundraising efforts to improve programs and facilities. Responsibilities included managing the annual campaign and capital campaigns, writing newsletters and solicitations, supervising gift acknowledgments, cultivating relationships, addressing parents about fundraising issues annually, and representing and promoting MSGL to the wider community. I worked with the board of directors to draft the school’s first strategic plan for development. During my tenure, fundraising revenue increased more than 200%.
