- Approve graphics by ensuring graphics are facing the correct way, the package type and dimensions are correct. - Create work orders for new packaging types and update redesigned work if needed.- Build bill of materials documents and post production assembly logs. -Conducted test lots and worked with suppliers to determine if new packaging materials performed properly.- Worked with suppliers on developing a new package type for the company and looked into machinery options.- Worked towards finding a less expensive option for standard RSC’s that compared to current compression strength.

- Worked towards qualifying a resin by conducting a stability study, analytical study and other numerous tests.- Communicated with suppliers to perform outside testing as well as get packaging samples.- Learned the process of changing over machinery on the Folgers Coffee line and helped ensure line performance.- Conducted research & wrote test plan for antimicrobial packaging, a material the company hadn’t used before. - Efficiently made the decision to move a trial from headquarters to the plant – which resulted in cost savings.
