• Responsible for Disney vendor compliance program management, including vendor set up, FAMA management, audit report review, CAP follow-up/ remediation, customs registration, etc.
• Responsible for following up the Disney Direct Audit and CTPAT audit projects, coordinating the audit arrangements between suppliers, factories and customers, and providing audit preparation and technical support for.
• Support Disney + Target audit projects, monitor factory audit performance in accordance with Target standards, and assist in proceeding various scheme audits, such as BSCI, Sedex, SLCP, Higg FEM, Better Work, etc.
• Support supplier compliance training, such as Li & Fung supplier CoC training, Disney audit standard training, SLCP training, etc.
• Assist in data analysis, compliance system maintenance and other support work.

Mainly responsible for social and environmental audit report review, including BSCI, SMETA, ICS, Inditex, Apple, LVMH, Disney, Woolworths, Desigual, Sears, and etc.; supervising and tracking report status;Responsible for process management of key account and important audit projects (such as Inditex, BSCI), monitoring the orders process, arranging shadow.

Familiar with social audit process, review the assigned reports, such as BSCI, WRAP, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Alibaba, Walmart, WBA, SMETA, ICS, etc., and assist supervisor to complete the reports review tasks;Familiar with EHS social audit, security audit and quality audit; Create and revise the relevant CSR audit technical documents as per clients’.

GTS-CSRS

1. Assist to create, revise the scorecards in Inspection Business Management Systems;2. Coordinate with Regional Trainers, Operational Program Management, Operational and Sales Office teams to maintain the technical documents on monthly / quarterly basis;3. Assist colleagues in GTS-CSRS team to work with the Cornerstone - My Learning System for CSR.
