In addition to my responsibilities as an Associate Manger my role includes:-Independently running membership management for 9 facial shops -Independently handling all kustomer feedback that arrives through our feedback platform and post facial surveys-Compiling customer service reports for our 9 facial shops -Testing new protocols for use in our facial shops -Mentoring all company managers in how to provide customer assistance -Working collaboratively with Warehouse, Inventory, and Web order manager to assist kustomers in assisting customers with their online orders-Training and mentoring a head trainer in the Calgary Ab Region

Responsibilities included:-Ensuring the financial success of skoah Kensington, Willow Park, and Westhills-Organizing onboarding for new hires including training -Coordinated community and city partnerships -Assisted in introducing new technology and training program to our shops across Canada-Mentored three managers to take over and run the operations of three locations.-Assisted the team in maintaining and updating training materials, company policies, and employee perks-Assisted managers in hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.-Worked collaboratively on projects to help company reach its goals

In addition to the responsibilities outlined in the Associate Manager Role, responsibilities included:-Managing both skoah Kensington and skoah Willow Park locations, ensuring shops success- Conducting all esthetics training and onboarding

Responsibilities include:-Creating and maintaining an effective monthly and daily schedule-Conducting performance evaluations, and creating action plans for employees-Maintaining and stocking store inventory in the retail and professional bar-Handling maintenance and repairs -Coaching and mentoring team including ensuring employees were reaching and exceeding KPIs-Community Marketing including hosting events during special promotions and product launches-Cash management including ensuring the facial shop was reaching its goals and budgets -Ensuring all communication is effective and consise

Responsibilities include:-Providing Facial and skin care services to clients-Making routine and product recommendations to customers -Creating and maintaining clients notes and following up on skin care regime monthly -Reaching and exceeding KPIs -Reception skills including membership management, booking appointments, communicating in writing and over the phone to clients, cash management-maintaining a clean and orderly environment both in the spa and in my personal treatment area -assisted manager in keeping team up to date on current promotions and product launches

-Performing at events such as weddings, Birthdays, Galas etc.-Organizing scheduling and taking payment for services rendered -Attending rehearsals and working collaboratively with other musicians

-Enhancing facial aesthetics through makeup. Consulting with clients and creating custom looks based on their specifications.-Working with actors on film and theatre sets.-Taking environment and setting into account when applying makeup in order to get the best result-Operating within health and safety regulations.
