With over a decade of experience in leading and delivering impactful investment strategies for global health, I sit on the senior management team of the Infectious Disease division at the Wellcome Trust, a leading foundation dedicated to improving health through science. I build portfolios to combat the negative health effects of climate sensitive diseases, such as dengue, cholera and malaria.As a senior management team member, I oversee a multi-million pound investment portfolio that aims to improve health in low- and middle income countries by supporting innovative science. I build international partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the effective translation of scientific research to healthcare impact. I serve as a board member at Amref Health Africa UK, a leading NGO that works to improve health and health care in Africa and the DBT/Wellcome Trust India Alliance, a bilateral initiative that funds health research in India.
