Marketed the program online and at educational conferences, refined program offerings, managed online requests and two studio calendars and recruited docents. • Developed and taught a training course for docents teaching educational best practices, museum content and technology use. Created pre and post tour lesson plans and additional supporting resources to help teachers further implement the tour within their curriculum.• Managed a multi-year contract with Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) to create and implement resources and trainings utilizing the museum’s collection to support and enhance DoDEA visual art teacher’s curriculum. Created lesson plans, videos, PowerPoint lessons and IVCs for K-12 DoDEA teachers.• Organized and taught professional development workshops integrating the museum’s collection in History, Science, English Language Arts and Visual Arts curriculum. Presented museum content and resources via workshops, webinars and professional conferences.

As a Collaboration Project Coach I supported the Museum Education Program's structure of field placement learning. I guided students through the Collaboration Project by providing oral and written responses to program outlines, lesson drafts, and lesson implementation. I suggested ways for the student to work effectively with Site Supervisors, field placement audiences, and other collaborative partners. I also provided students with final written feedback on their Collaboration Project based on formal rubric.
