Responsible for development of ICT Strategy, ICT budget , overview of equipment, systems development, reporting, I.T infrastructure I.T. supplier relationships.In Compliance role, responsible for the review, update and distribution of all organisation policies and procedures and matters of Health & Safety and Information Governance.• Responsible for collating requirements, reviewing and drafting policy and KLOE (Key Lines of Enquiry) statements for Age Concern Hampshire’s successful application for registration with CQC (Care Quality Commission).• Reviewed Health and Safety policy and procedures across the entire organisation (13 sites), resulting in the introduction of a Health and Safety Management System, to manage and ensure consistent process and adherence to all relevant legislation. Included the introduction of a new Health and Safety pack, with mandatory induction for all staff and all relevant forms and procedures for the on-going management of Health and Safety matters on site.• Responsible for all COVID Health & Safety procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with Government rules and guidelines. Included the completion of updated Infection Control Policy, day to day procedures and the completion of detailed COVID Risk Assessments for Day Care and Foot Care Services.• Following the start of the pandemic, reconfigured CRM to allow recording and reporting of remote support services. • Updated and maintained the organisation Risk Register.

Responsible for development of ICT Strategy, ICT budget , overview of equipment, systems development and infrastructure and maintaining relationships with I.T. suppliers. • Managed the relocation of our Head Office from Winchester to Locks Heath including the relocation of I.T services and the introduction of a new IP telephone system to manage existing telephone lines and routing.• In conjunction with I.T. supplier carried out review of existing I.T. model and infrastructure (Citrix / MS Exchange Server) and planned steps to move to MS Office 365 environment.• Defined requirements, reviewed suppliers and managed project to replace existing website. Included gathering and review of content and implementation of the new website

Worked with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement I.C.T. strategy and provide technical delivery of change initiatives. Managed the project to change supplier of I.T. support company for the organisation (17 sites). In partnership with external suppliers, provided ongoing support for the existing infrastructure of the organisation including devices, network and telecommunications Gathered requirements and analysed, maintained, developed and optimised systems and processes within the organisation. Worked with the senior management team to develop Management reporting to allow effective monitoring and development of services, as well as strategic and tactical decision making. Included the development of a centralised Invoicing System to facilitate fundamental changes to funding of services within the organisation.Responsible for writing and publishing organisation policies for I.T. Security and Information Governance as part of GDPR legislation.

Responsible for the the development, configuration and support relevant of CRM system (Charity Log) to meet business requirements, providing documentation and training to ensure it’s effective use. Performed a data analysis and management role, cross examining data to identify issues and oversee the use of, access and quality of data within the organisation.
