I co-founded the award-winning Isle of Wight news site, VentnorBlog.com, in September 2005. The publication was rebranded in August 2012 to News OnTheWight and delivers news, reviews, opinion, travel, sport, community updates and more to over 125,000 unique visitors a month.As well as managing the role of Editor, my days involve reporting live from council meetings, researching features, managing submissions, sub-editing and proof-reading and writing news articles.With my co-founder, Simon Perry, we strive to innovate whenever we can and our publication is built on trust, transparency and openness.
