I worked as the vice principal of KG (500 students). I became principal of the elementary school in 2017 (1000 students).

For three academic years, I was responsible for working with 61 schools, families and community agencies to help support students with special education needs. Job responsibilities ranged from running multiple projects, monitoring budgets to allocating hundreds of staff. Much of my time was spent as a coordinator of complex case conferences working towards specific plans designed to support students, families and school staff.
