I am currently working in an independent school and I absolutely love it. I am helping to shape children’s lives. Not only do I help these children to progress academically, I have gained experience working with children emotionally and helping them through personal milestones. Since joining Whitehall, I have taken on the role as Drama lead and help teach and plan across the school as well as direct the Junior end of term production. In previous roles, I have been the Maths and P.E lead. These are two subjects that I am very passionate about and absolutely love teaching.My teaching ethos is to teach with kindness and to teach every individual, I believe that all children can make progress in some way during their time at school as progress does not always have to be academic. Children in my care are always encouraged to celebrate the small wins. I teach children with kindness and empathy and ensure that children always try their best.
