• Purchase and ship goods from Europe, USA, and Canada to project site in different countries fulfilling the required documents for customs Exp.: Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, UAE, Qatar• Exempted Lebanon projects/clients from customs duties on materials provided made in Europe• Invoice projects- (Materials and Maintenance contracts)• Examine shipping terms, confirm conditions, and process Letter of credits (1-2 LC/ 1 year)• Determine Harmonized Code of each product to supply• Calculate customs duties per HS code/country• Estimate air freight cost from the origin to destination• Provide EURO 1 Certificate • Knowledgeable of waving EURO 1 certificate fees• Knowledgeable of customs requirements by country• Knowledgeable of customs calculations fees per product/ HS code • Accounting knowledge to accurately process invoicing• Develops and coordinates daily activities for client orders• Processes orders within client’s specifications• Ability to complete projects on time, with accuracy and making the most effective use of available time• Attention to accuracy and detail• Work in a Fast-Paced dynamic environment and under high pressure• Engage in core network Component price and payment terms negotiations • Generate Proforma invoice/ invoices for clients • Notify clients with materials arrival date in advance to make payments ready upon delivery

While being employed at Kieback&Peter Lebanon, I’ve faced several challenges and achievements recorded starting the year 2009 with the first challenging LC I handled for big projects, exp. “Crown Prince Plaza” Dubai, “Caspian Water Front” Baku Azerbaijan, and others.

During this period, I was working in parallel for Kieback&Peter SARL and Offshore, where I have processed all local projects under SARL and all foreign projects under the Offshore • My role was mainly to:• Release price list for different clients• Release price list for different clients (5 clients/ year)• Confirm and process the letter of credits (LC) (1‑2 LC/year)• Ensure payment of client is respected before releasing delivery of goods• Assure the export of foreign orders under the Offshore Co.(5‑6 shipments)• Import/export goods under the SAL company (3‑4 shipments /1 month)• Register the purchases of “SAL & Offshore Co." (5‑7 invoices/ day/ week• Allocate shipments expenses to projects• Deliver/invoice materials (3‑4 deliveries/day)• Turnover liberation of the maintenance contracts (5‑6 invoices/ month)• Stock inventory (every 2 weeks)• Handle clients accounts (2 clients)
