With over 24 years in the Recruitment and HR industry, Sally has extensive experience in consulting, leading teams, sales and managing the business across Transformation Projects and Technology, Scientific, Executive Management, Office Support, Executive Call Centre, Banking and Finance, Management Consulting as well as Accounting practices. Since March 2023, Sally has been the Head of State Government for the Transformation, Project and Technology portfolio at Hudson and manages 15 staff across four ANZ locations. Previously Sally was the Managing Director for flexhive, the business support/call centre portfolio at Hudson where she managed 32 staff across ANZ during periods of significant transformation to the recruitment process, coupled by technology.Sally is currently a Member of the IIBA and Women in Digital.Past roles include Client Services Manger, Human Resources Manager, Executive General Manager and General Manager of the South West region for the National business support recruitment portfolio at Hudson which required her to wear many hats including strategic and operational management, development and execution of the national business strategy, high level client relationships, mentoring and managing of staff, ensuring productivity and profit growth, implementing numerous change initiatives, account management, service delivery, debtor control, meeting and over achieving targets and budgets, developing new business, key account acquisition and development, creating and maintaining a positive work environment.Sally has extensive board experience, where she was Vice President for the Women Tennis Foundation for five years, on the Committee at Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club for seven years and is currently been on the board of Loreto, Toorak since January 2023.
