I am passionate about improving the lives of people in the prison and probation system. I specialise in high risk and public protection work and collaborate with both private and public sector stakeholders to create positive change. I am currently working within the criminal justice and health forum to improve health outcomes for people on probation. This area of work has long been down the list of priorities within criminal justice so am now thrilled to be flying the flag and advocating for those often marginalised by society. Improving substance misuse and continuity of care pathways is the focus of my team’s work alongside easier accessibility to primary and secondary care services.
