• Developing the Performance Management System.• Creating HR policy and Procedures.• Creating the Level of Authority.• Managing the annual increment and compensation. • Reviewing the monthly Payroll.• Managing all the needed forms with the National Organization of the Social Insurance.• Managing employment contract renewal.• Managing the annual medical insurance policy.• Conducting training and development programs for managers and employees.• Managing the recruitment cycle, preparing job adverts, interviewing and selecting candidates.

• Assist on employee's interviews, screening and scanning.• Review daily attendance sheet. • Preparing all social insurance forms. • Organizing and handling employee's files. • Designing and creating all personnel forms.• Preparing casual employment payroll sheet.• Process and issue employee pay slips and statements of earnings and deductions.• Issuing all cash voucher after approval from upper department & reviewing daily cash journal.• Making all accounting entries.

• Verifying working procedures and work flow in the Personnel Dept.• Reviewing mission expenses with the employees.

• Following the company’s instructions in case of any authorization of issuing cash.• Managing the cash requirement of the company.• Preparing a daily cash record.• Depositing cash, check and foreign exchange in the bank.• Paying the employees salaries, fill in the envelopes and distribute them.• Applying work law and coordinating with taxes organization and insurance organization.• Preparing the quarterly/ annual fiscal count of the safe.

• Controlling the medical insurance system.• Reviewing mission reports with the employees.
