Current-Created new job descriptions for newly added departments & validated them with department managers. -Managing & updating Employees' headcount & HR System “Bamboo”. -Worked on Managers’ reports to reflect employee changes in payroll. -Responsible for updating & developing the HR system. -Building Employees’ database from scratch and managing approval cycles & access levels for employees & managers. - Effectively responding to employees' inquiries on VWN communication tool “Slack”. -Creating a lot of forms to support our employee's and managers' requests and as a source of documentation (speak up form, forms to be used for financial reasons, forms related to performance and behavior coaching. -Created a Code of conduct and worked on developing it with the team. -Updated and developed “Employees Handbook”. -Developing & Enhancing the company's policies & procedures. -Customizing communication messages for employees & managers to communicate updates, policies & procedures. -Extracting and customizing reports from our HR system to make sure employees' data is up to date and accurate. -Extracting assessment results using “Criteria Corp. -Onboarding Employees (Sending Job offers, required hiring documents creating company’s email,Slack & Bamboo accounts till they are handed them back to Training team. -Responsible for validating, approving or declining the employee's requests. -Communicating approved promotions to the employees. -Collaborated in creating disciplinary & penalties actions. -Assign time off policies to newcomers & add the policy to HR System. -Created Manager feedback survey & did an analysis for it to work on an action plan for the required leaders. -Offboard Employees after resignation & terminations from all HR systems, mail and communication tool. -Create new tutorials for new updates on the system either as a document or by recording videos.
