Responsibility of Wujiang’s lean enhancement, strategy implementation and business support.Major Achievements:1) Initiated Lean Audit, Gemba Walk, and Lean Council for Lean deployment. 2) Introduced Lean TT SWE & Green Belt Training for Lean culture promotion.3) Turned around CI card process from quantity to quality.4) Upgraded LE definition to emphasize TCO of Strategy Workforce Planning (SWP).5) Cost Forum & Strategy Meeting for annual strategy updating, alignment, and execution.6) Facility projects’ launching, governance, and competition for Winning Culture.

Responsibility of hourly HRBP, total rewards and employee relationship. Major Achievements:1) Undertook the role as an interim HR leader for 4 months.2) Setup Hourly Talent Road Map, including position assessment, performance management & promotion principle, recognized by China Total Rewards team.3) Turned around the application of third-party labor (TPL), from agency to real contractors.4) Initiated hourly people councils for leaders’ HR awareness and capability setup.

Responsibility of HR daily affairs, including payroll, P-file, HRIS, HR policy and complianceMajor Achievements:1) Introduced Kronos system as the 1st Caterpillar facility in China, and it still used.2) Initiated OT control, realizing 100% compliance as the 1st Caterpillar facility in China.3) Core member to support quickly resuming production from Covid-19, awarded as the Annual Winner of 2020 BCP VP Award

Responsibility of Wujiang’s communication framework setup and routine maintenance.Major Achievements:1) Streamlined and upgraded Wujiang’s communication footprint and recognition process.2) Led Wujiang’s 5th anniversary ceremony and recognized by facility leader.3) Led GLP Workshop, awarded as the Annual LT Winner of 2017 BCP Groundbreaker Award.
