Capitalized on my experience with narrative and narrative theology to provide focused care for patients and families using their own narratives. This helped to equip patients and families with expanded spiritual resources for coping and hope.

Originated the role of middle school chaplain and integrated the Mindful Schools movement and philosophy as an integral part of the middle school chapel experience.

Helped expand their Godly Play program, developed youth groups for middle schoolers and teens, and led mission trips. The number of young/participating families nearly doubled during my time there.
