Basically ... Philosophically self-evident, but first I need my PhD position from this world. I am curious generally about immunology and specifically tumor immunology in addition to infection, inflammationand cancer.The last decade (2010: 2019) could be named the decade of my master's science degree..Very long dreadful story and the main axis of it, just this master's degree. No one could believe that but it's the truth. No one gonna read that and for that, I wished to talk about some details... But there is no enough space for anguished squeals :D :D.Due to the lack of master's programs in my major at the Faculty of Science at the University of Mansoura at that time, I moved to the University of Alexandria and got a diploma in Analytical Biochemistry in 2010 until finding another opportunity to join any master program.In 2012, I found my chance in a master’s program followed by the Biochemistry Department, Damietta University. After completing all courses in 1 year and received a very good degree, I was shocked by the university's refusal to register a research point except after 2 years later.I tried to equalize my pre-master's courses at Alexandria University, but I was dumbstruck by the objection of the Department of Biochemistry at the faculty of science, Alexandria University.After all these unfortunate attempts, loose ends, my passion for science was stronger than all these obstacles and I decided to try again in the Biotechnology Department at the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, Alexandria University.I started the adventure from scratch and continued at the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research for a period of five years. I traveled from my city of Mansoura to the city of Alexandria (240 km) hundreds of times to be crowned by my master’s degree in December 2018. I have developed my master thesis into a manuscript that has been published in October 2019 under a title “Immunization with the basic membrane protein (BMP) family ABC transporter elicits protection against Enterococcus faecium in a murine infection model” PMID: 31585177 & DOI: 10.1016/j.micinf.2019.09.002https://doi.org/10.1016/j.micinf.2019.09.002.
