• Legal Secretarial function:o Drafting of documents for Director heading up the Conveyancing Department (Structured Lending), Notarial and Company Lawo Client liaisono Collating FICAo Liaison with the Bank (Nedbank Private Wealth)o Ensuring that all the Bank’s requirements are met to ensure successful registration of bonds, bond cancellations and bond releaseso All administration concerned with the aboveo Keeping accurate correspondence recordso Ensuring all files are updated comprehensively and timeouslyo Building relationships with new clients and maintaining those with existing clientso Reporting on status of matters weekly (sometimes daily)o Prepping all documentation for the Deeds Officeo Liaison with correspondents, etc at the various Deeds Officeso Drafting of Antenuptial agreementso Drafting of various Notarial documents (Powers of Attorney, documents for travel, for estates, etc)o Assisting Notary with the completion of these documents (Notarial tying) and ensuring that they are sent to the correct and relevant parties (for instance, Pretoria High Court, DIRCO, etc)o Billing and finances• PA to Directoro Attending to various personal matters for Director, many of which are confidentialo Assisting with his diary and co-ordination of clientso Assisting with personal community interventions and fundraisers he partakes in outside of the businesso Assisting with various tasks associated with the running of the lodge he has as part of a syndicate
