Managing and overseeing the delivery of CEIAG to all internal students at SEC. Ensuring the Careers Strategy, Gatsby Benchmarks, Matrix and Ofsted criteria's are adhered to and achieved. Creating and delivering the Careers Programme to ensure students can explore all options available to them, through workshops, events and 1-2-1 sessions.
