After an early background in retailing, and owning a family business I spent 7 years as General Manager of a retail buying co-operative, managing and coordinating the interests of over 65 dealerships. I specialised in the area of client service management and key account development which requires not only the ability to think outside the square, but respond to the specialist technical and compliance regimes of the industry. Because of my background as a business owner I have a realistic and pragmatic approach to risk analysis, risk management and designing solutions to meet client needs. I have worked in the credit insurance industry for more than 20 years, working with Zuellig Specialist Brokers and AON Risk Management prior to joining NCI. In 2011 I moved to Singapore to open the NCI office for S E Asia; where we specialise in structured and trade credit, project & supplier trade finance and credit risk management solutions . I am an experienced member and contributor to both leadership and senior management teams and a Director on the NCI Asia Board.
