Wokingham Local Authority

Currently responsible for the day to day operations of 53 schools within the Wokingham schools meals contract, consisting of Secondary,Primary and Special Schools.Own and deliver Turnover/Margin targets for the Wokingham schools meals contract.Develop customer relationships.Develop and execute annual business plan.Lead and motivate a team in order to deliver both business goals and personal development goals through annual appraisals and coaching.Develop and execute retention plan for current business.

Reading Local Authority Contract

Responsible for the day to day operations of 52 schools within the Reading Schools meals contract, consisting of Secondary, Primary, Special and Nursery schools.To support Area Managers with day to day operations of the contracts/sites under their control ensuring contracts are operated according to Client specification, company standards and Food Safety & Health and Safety Policies, HR Policies and Child Protection Policy. To include regular frequent site visits and client meetings.To ensure that contracts are operated to achieve the financial promise to both Client and Company ensuring budgets are achieved.
