Irene is responsible for the regional talent acquisition and sourcing portfolio for the newly formed Lazada eLogistics (LeL), the logistics arm of the Lazada Group with an extensive logistics footprint in the exploding e-commerce space in ASEAN.During my tenure, continue to play a key role in the ambitious expansion of the LeL business (formerly the Lazada Group's Ops BU), attracting and delivering key talent to the company, and shaping the organizational culture of the company.
