I've been on-and-off the dieting rollercoaster and in that frustrating and disappointing space that many women are, knowing what to eat but not eating it!My name is Sallyanne, and I am committed to getting 20 million women off diets so they can enjoy food without guilt or obsessing over every food decision that they make. And the research suggests that it is over 200 decisions a day.I used to hand out out meal plans many years ago, but not any more. I know that food alone is not the issue; it really is about observing and then aligning drivers or reasons for eating.
