I have worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years as an insurance underwriter (personal and commercial insurance), in a call centre and as a broker. I have been training in this field for the past 19 years . For the past 16 years I have been a full time trainer specialising in technical subjects, soft skills, management development, diversity & inclusion and CII examinations. I also have experience in compliance and training & competence systems. In addition I hold a CIPD diploma qualification, am an Insights Discovery Practitioner & a mental health first aider trainer. Currently developing further knowledge in Neurodiversity.
