With over 12 years of experience within the General Insurance Industry, my role as an Account Manager at Mooneys Insurance Brokers is to assist clients with obtaining the most competitive cover.As a Broker I act on behalf of my clients and provide tailored advice which takes into consideration each individual client’s needs and objectives. Developing a close working relationship with each of my clients this enables me best fulfil their needs. Within Mooney’s Insurance Brokers I manage the Commercial and Domestic Divisions. This provides me with a diverse portfolio of clients across many different industries. As a result I have a very broad knowledge of the insurance industry. Part of my role also includes management of the claims process from start to finish. If the worst happens and my client has to make a claim, I will act as an advocate for them, liaising with the insurance company to negotiate the best possible outcome in a timely manner.My goal is to develop strong, long lasting working relationships with not only my clients but also with insurers.
