I am currently the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at ALPFA, Inc. and the ALPFA Chapter President for University of Phoenix Central Florida Campus. As a Corporate Development Officer my primary focus is to provide our corporate partners with access to the expanding Latino demographic in the U.S. resulting in: recruitment, development, and retention of top Latino talent; and greater business opportunities with this market and the achievement of diversity and inclusion goals for talent and suppliers. I have over 20 years of sales experience, earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree in 2012 and my MBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management in 2015.I am a Puerto Rican Latina, born and raised on the North-side of Chicago, IL. I am a dedicated wife of more than 20 years, have two children, a son age 25 who recently graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management degree, and a 16 year old daughter in high school. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and motivational speaking. In my personal life my family is my pride and joy. In my professional life I am blessed to always be in a position where my success is contingent upon helping others achieve individual goals.
