Clients include the AA, Cabinet Office, Cunard, HMCTS (Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service), Macmillan, Morrisons, Ofcom, Starbucks, NHS (nursing, midwifery and the ambulance service), Saga, Scottish Government and Sodexo Justice Services. I'm the founder of Engaging Minds (now part of PA Consulting), a specialist strengths consultancy. I've written eight books. The latest two of which, on strengths, featured in the WHSmith Top Ten Business Charts.I've worked in the field of talent and organisation development globally for more than twenty years. I was a director at The Economist Group (publisher of The Economist magazine) for 10 years.
