During this time the stresses of project deadlines, a corporate travel lifestyle and trying to juggle home life impacted my mental and physical wellbeing, resulting in ballooning weight. You see, I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life. The adage “if only I was as thin as when I first thought I was fat” is very profound to me. I have yo-yo dieted my way through my life, regaining weight and adding a few extra pounds with each wacky diet. That is until I found the incredible support and products that make up the 1:1 Diet. When I discovered 1:1, I found a way to manage my weight with confidence, even when I had a busy executive job with lots of travel. Most importantly, I gained new passion for life!
