I joined Coldwell Banker Bain real estate in January of 2000. I worked with both Buyers and Sellers early on. Now, I primarily work with individuals and couples who are downsizing their residential needs. I also work with many attorney's and trust officers in selling property for trusts and property in estates. This comes from my background as a V.P and Trust Officer for 19 years with a large national bank.I enjoy working with people who are downsizing their residential needs because they are usually my age or older. They usually have the same values and belief systems I have. They respect people who work hard for them and they question those who don't. They have a strong sense of right and wrong, are trustworthy and know the value of life. And they have some great stories to tell.

I work primarily with couple and individuals who are downsizing their residential needs. Some by choice, others due to circumstances beyond their choice. I have many resources that can help them make the transition a smooth one. I work in my clients time frame and at their pace. This can be a difficult time for some and patience and empathy are an important part of what I bring to the table.
