I work with tenants to make them happy.Negotiating Skills: I will have to work out details with potential tenants ( write leases, payment of the rent, how does the building work) I put bids out for work or service on the property, and deal with many people in the community.Organizational Skills: There are many facets to what i do as property manager during the day. Working with tenants, with local government, with public works and paying bills. Organization to get it all done is key.Communication Skills: As a Property manager I often must speak with tenants, resolve disputes, entice new tenants, answer questions and hire workers. Good communication is key and also loving being a Property manager because sometimes I have no breaks and I need to be available for the tenants 24/7 but that's part of being a good Property Manager
