Sally Prieto-Chomat is originally from Tampa, Florida. She received her B.S. degree from the University of Florida (2001) and her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law (cum laude, 2005). She graduated law school with honors and received three Dean’s Achievement Awards. In her final year of law school, Ms. Prieto-Chomat worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, where she received immediate courtroom exposure. Ms. Prieto-Chomat became a member of the Florida Bar in 2005, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts throughout Florida.Ms. Prieto-Chomat has experience practicing asbestos, wrongful death, medical malpractice, products liability and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels. Ms. Prieto-Chomat concentrates her practice on serious injury and complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal court.
