I work for law firms as an independent consultant focusing on I.T. I have worked in the legal profession for over 20 years. Early in my career I was part of a team developing debt collection and conveyancing case management systems. My role included implementing the systems, writing user manuals and delivering training.From 1993 to 2000 I was the I.T. Manager a leading legal aid firm. As well as managing all aspects of I.T. for a workforce of 100, I was part of the management team which implemented the right systems for the firm’s Legal Aid Franchise.From 2000 to 2009 I was the I.T. Manager and then Practice Manager for an international law firm based in London.
